Ready ?lets begin.This one is quickie and very very easy.
Open a canvas 570 by 570 and floodfill white
Copy and paste my mask layer.
When we resize elements and papers make sure you resize in pixels
lock aspect ratio is unchecked, resize all layers and bicubic checked.
This makes resizing a breeze.
Open your frame and resize 400 by 463 copy and paste as new layer.
Move it a bit to the top corner.
Add your drop shadow, any basic drop shadow will do, whatever you like,whatever you think
looks great with your tag.
Rezie the frame again down to 300 by 347 and copy and paste as new layer. Drop shadow,
and use free rotate to roate a bit to the right.
Grab paper 2 and resize to 400 by 400, drop this below your larger frame.
Grab paper 4 and resize this to 300 by 300 drop this below your second frame.
Erase any excess hanging over the frame.
Go on to your mask layer and dupliciate this. use your free rotate to move it a bit so its
hanging over the frames
Open flower and resize to 300 by 289 copy and paste and move to the left of the big frame
Resize the flower again to 200 by 193 copy and paste this next to the larger flower
Drop shadow on both.
Open your leaves and resize to 300 by 453 , free rotate 90 degrees to the right.
and copy and paste moving it to the top of the frames.
Open the sticks ribbon and resize to 500 by 106.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drop on the flowers.
Add your drop shadows.
Copy and paste your tubes. add drop shadows
Word art and font and watermark copy and paste.Add a drop shadow to the word art.
Resize your tag if desired and save as a jpeg or png
