Hi all heres another easy and sweet tut.....

You will need the kit Timeless by Kat HERE

and the beautiful work of Suzanne Woolcott HERE
Ready? always remember resize bicubic .lock aspect ratio unchecked and in pixels
Add your basic drop shadows to each element as you go along. Any one will do, whatever you like.
Open a canvas 600 by 600 and floodfill white
Copy and paste my mask layer.
Stretch it just a slight bit to go as far to the edge of the canvas with overrunning it.
Open element 13 and copy and paste this over the mask, do not resize this and add a drop shadow.Change this showing for
this element to multiply.
Open element 3 and copy and paste this under the frame, do not resize this one either.
Grab element 6 and resize to 340 by 286 copy and paste this to the left of the frame, duplicate mirror and
flip it, grab your raster deform and make it a bit smaller see my tag for a guide.
Grab element 8 and resize to 450 by 484, copy and paste this under the roses, and duplicate mirror and move the
other to the left.
Grab element 05 and copy and paste between the roses. Resize this to 50 by 50 and duplcate 3 times add the gems
on the frame.
Grab element 16 and resize to 400 by 400. Duplicate this layer and using fre rotate rotate this a bit, drop them both
below the mask layer
Grab element 15 and resize to 200 by 268. Copy and paste this as a new layer and move to the upeer left of the tag,
place it over the gem.
Grab element 11 and resize to 550 by 154. Copy and paste and drag on the bottom of the canvas
Copy and paste your tube.
copy and paste your wordart.
Add watermark and font
save as a png or jpeg
